This one-level home is in a central location with Weiss Lake access out the back door and the Mushroom Pool directly across from the front porch. An expansive lakefront porch runs the length of the home, offering dazzling views of the lake and its colorful sunrises. Tile flooring adorns the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms, while both bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom includes a Queen bed with Beautyrest Silver mattress, a large walk-in shower and a sliding door with private access to the back porch. The second bedroom also includes a Queen bed with Beautyrest Silver mattress. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and room darkening shades. An inflatable Queen mattress can accommodate two additional guests. Ample seating and two overhead fans make the back porch a comfortable spot to relax and socialize. A nostalgic glider for two occupies the front porch.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

Other Things to Note:
RESTRICTIONS
Maximum 6 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit. no pets allowed in chesnut bay over 20lbs.

TERMS
Four night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $175 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
