“This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. Great resort and close to a full grocery market for additional needs. Junior suite has good size fridge with icemaker and drinking water is supplied to the room twice a day.”

“Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. “I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”
