Building A features four distinct apartments:

Two identical 1-bedroom apartments located on the first floor, each offering a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

One studio apartment on the ground floor, ideal for couples or solo travelers, with an open-plan layout and all essential amenities.

One loft-style apartment on the top floor, a stylish and airy space with an elevated layout that creates a cozy atmosphere.

Building B offers two identical 1-bedroom apartments:

One is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both apartments share the same layout, with a double bed and a sofa bed, hosting up to four guests.

All apartments share a common outdoor space and a main entrance, creating a friendly, community-like atmosphere while maintaining privacy for each unit. Access is provided via stairs depending on the apartment level.Paid parking only upon request+subject to availability.
