The stone-built Villa Orraon is located in Odigitria of Apolpena, 3 kilometres from the central square of Agios Minas in Lefkada Town. It is built in an amphitheatrical Venetian olive grove with panoramic views of the entire town of Lefkada, the Ionian Sea, the Gulf of Amvrakikos and the imposing mountains of Epirus. It is very close to the monastery of Panagia Odigitria, which was built in the 11th century AD and is the oldest surviving Christian monastery on the island, the restoration of which is currently underway.

The Orraon Luxury Villa features a living room with a large balcony, a bathroom, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. One guest can sleep on the room's sofa bed. The living room is located on the first floor of the villa, which also provides access to the outdoor area, lounge, and pool. On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 can also be used as a family room, as it also has a box-spring sofa bed and can accommodate two children or adults. Bedroom 2 has a whirlpool bath in its en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the outdoor balcony, lounge, and pool.
