This one-storey 4-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–8) features a bright kitchen and dining area opening onto the terrace and garden, with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room, with a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, also leads directly to the garden. The master bedroom (180cm bed) has a bath and en-suite WC with access to the terrace, while a second double bedroom (160cm bed) has an en-suite shower room with WC and terrace access. A further shower room with WC and a laundry room with a washing machine complete the main house.

The annexe offers an open-plan kitchen and living space, a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double) with terrace access, and a mezzanine double bedroom (160cm bed) with a large seating area overlooking the living room and an en-suite shower room with WC. A separate shower room with WC adds flexibility for guests.
