EXTERNAL LAYOUT

The outdoor area of the villa has a sensory private infinity pool that makes you feel so close to nature as you are set just right between the water and the green. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower (with cold and hot water), patio furniture, BBQ facilities and dinning table so you can gaze this impressive and so unique view with your loved ones.

INTERNAL LAYOUT

This villa covers 102m2, masterfully combining the features of luxury and island inspiratory design. Plenty of space provides space for grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles to gather for an extended family reunion.

Ground floor
On the ground floor of the villa, guests have access to an open space, where you can find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dinning table and a WC. A smart TV and a radio are also available for you to relax and have fun! The ground floor offers direct access to the pool and the lounging are for a comfortable stay in mind.

First floor
Taking the stairs up, you will find the two bedrooms of the villa. Both with its own bathroom, giving you the privacy that you need in order to feel like home. Also, both have their own small balcony settings so you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace or take look at the starts right before you go to sleep. One with a double bed and the other with two singles that can easily be united in case of preference. All bedrooms are effortlessly equipped with high quality beds and mattresses, wardrobes, TVs and air conditioning.

There is a secure parking space inside the premises of the complex, right outside the villa’s door. The property is well equipped with all mod cons: Refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with over, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron & board, hairdryer, unified fully equipped kitchen.
