To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a step down to the lawn area. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property.
