Designed by its owner, the villa blends contemporary style with its rugged surroundings. The open-plan living area and kitchen flow seamlessly outdoors, while all three en-suite bedrooms boast sea views—two with spacious balconies.
Located in laid-back Nikiana, the villa is a short walk from charming tavernas and a five-minute drive to Nikiana Beach’s waterfront bars and restaurants. Lefkada Town and lively Nidri are also within easy reach.
Villa Melia sits on a hillside between two similar villas, but well-placed screens and a garden ensure privacy around your infinity pool. A pontoon offering direct sea access (shared between the three villas) makes it perfect for snorkeling and swimming.

The front terrace features steps leading down to the pool terrace. Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area includes a Satellite TV and DVD player, with sliding doors opening onto a sea-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Krupps coffee machine. A twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room also has direct access to the terrace. A separate WC completes this level.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, Satellite TV, and sliding doors leading to a balcony. Another twin/double bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and balcony access. A separate shower room and WC provide additional convenience. .
