We invite you to stay in our renovated family home, ideal for a relaxing holiday between ocean, forest, and bay.



Located in a peaceful spot at the back of the garden, this single-storey house of 110 m² is at the entrance of the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic and Arcachon Bay beaches.



The house offers a bright living room with a small desk, an open kitchen, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), as well as an extra folding bed for an adult. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.



Outside, you will enjoy a 1,500 m² enclosed garden without direct neighbours, a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, hammock, and charcoal barbecue. A private driveway allows you to park several cars.
