Private individual rents new mobile home IRM CASITA 2024 36m² in 4-star campsite, Les Embruns by Siblu, in Lege Cap Ferret (33) on the Arcachon basin. At your disposal 3 bedrooms (bedrooms with a 140x190 bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 80 x 190 beds which can be glued together to make double beds if necessary), a contemporary living space with AIR CONDITIONING and TV, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet with washing machine, a covered wooden terrace with large table + private outdoor space for deckchairs, car, bicycles,... The campsite has 2 swimming pools, 1 of which is covered and with jacuzzi and massage jets, and an Aqua-ludique area for the little ones, as well as a gym, a bar and a restaurant. Access to the aquatic area and entertainment requires the purchase of a SIBLU fun pass available, which I provide you with in the rental price for any reservation of at least 7 days. You will be able to enjoy the many activities during the day and evening (children's and teenagers' club, multi-sports ground, petanque competitions,...). The mobile home is located on the upper part of the campsite, in a quiet area with a magnificent view (premium PLAISIR pitch). From a practical point of view, there is a SUPER U at the entrance to the campsite, accessible on foot, and a covered food and craft market in season. It is also possible to rent bicycles in the campsite and in the surrounding area so that you don't have to touch the car once you get there! We pick up directly at the exit of the campsite a magnificent cycle path in the middle of the pines to go to the ocean and everywhere on the peninsula (Truc Vert beach 20 minutes away, typical villages of the basin 15 minutes away, Andernos 40 minutes, Pointe du Cap Ferret 45 minutes where you can take a boat to Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla)
