Whether it’s summer, spring, or fall, every season has its own magic here.<br><br>The Accommodation<br>The apartment features a lovely living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room and bedroom both open onto the large terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Parking is available right at Villa Ottolini.<br><br>Guest access<br>In addition to the apartment, our guests have access to two lawn areas on the property. There are additional green spaces around Villa Ottolini, as well as various access points to Lake Maggiore.<br><br>Life at Villa Ottolini is on the quieter side. You won’t find mass tourism here—instead, the small town of Arolo offers a taste of typical Italian life. Still, you won’t have to go without anything. For example, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the restaurant. We offer a bread roll delivery service, you can rent a SUP from us, and if you have a motorboat, the small harbor has a rental spot for it right at the dock. A scheduled ferry runs nearby to all the attractions around the lake, and in the evening, you can watch the beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Have fun!
