“One of the main reasons we choose the location was due to the indoor pool they offered. They messaged us through Expedia about our upcoming stay however failed to mention that the pool was closed. Only upon arriving did we see a sign at the counter stating the pool was being serviced with no estimated timeframe. Since we were traveling with children we were extremely disappointed. While we understand things happen the pool apparently had been out of service so we should have been given ample...

“Hotel in great location with parking garage across the street. Parking is $27.00/day which is reasonable for a downtown parking garage. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff very welcoming. ”
