“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“The elevator floor was dirty when we arrived and when we left. The room was clean and we slept very well. We had no hot water for our showers. There was not much water flow. There would have been no way I could have washed my hair. Breakfast was ok. The coffee maker was not working. Only water came out no coffee. The woman in the morning when we checked out was very pleasant. I let her know we didn’t have hot water.”
