From the moment you step inside, Longdale Barn welcomes you with an immediate sense of calm and understated luxury. Thoughtfully restored and beautifully presented, the interiors strike a perfect balance between character and contemporary comfort, with every detail carefully considered.



The ground floor centres around a spacious, newly designed kitchen finished in soft, earthy tones. Fully equipped and complemented by underfloor heating throughout, it offers both style and practicality. Large double patio doors open directly onto the garden, framing far-reaching countryside views and filling the space with natural light, creating an effortless connection between indoors and out.



Also on this level is a generous bedroom featuring a super king size bed, offering a restful and inviting retreat, alongside a sleek and modern shower room.



Upstairs, a beautifully designed living area takes centre stage. The stunning living room is a light-filled, tranquil space designed to make the most of the surrounding landscape. Expansive glazing and double doors open onto a balcony, perfectly framing the uninterrupted views. The room combines an airy, open feel with a cosy countryside atmosphere, ideal for relaxing at any time of year.



A second king bedroom is located on this floor, complete with its own private shower room, offering both comfort and privacy for additional guests.



The Neighborhood:

Set on the edge of Bradgate Park, Newtown Linford is a charming and picturesque village known for its characterful cottages, welcoming atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. It offers a perfect balance of rural tranquillity and accessibility.



Guests can enjoy scenic walks directly from the doorstep, with pathways leading into Bradgate Park’s rolling landscapes, ancient woodlands and roaming deer. The village also offers a well regarded traditional pub and local dining options, perfect for relaxed evenings.
