Expect very little!

It was OK. The owner was helpful and pleasant. I would have liked to know there was no breakfast before I arrived, but this wasnt a problem and the owner kindly left me some cereal. Room very basic,but was clean and near to where I needed to be.

We didn’t like finding out the day before we arrived that we would have to share a washroom for the first night. A fan would have been helpful in the room as it was quite hot and bugs came in when we opened the window. We would have appreciated clean towels being left for us...it was awkward to find someone to ask. We appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

no hot water , no toilet roll tissue , opening room door takes forever sometimes works sometimes dosent , postcode is wrong , no wifi password , not clean ,

Bad experience and Misinformation.
Really at a loss of words, this whole deal has put me off from using Hotel.com website. Nothing but misinformation. They should not advertise as a hotel on any website. Didn’t stay , went back to London rather than stay.

Met my needs
Was as advertised. Microwave and dishes useful. A fridge outside the room and fresh milk. Comfy bed, very clean. Pleasant owner.

One to avoid
The room is very dated. The bed frame is rotten and falling apart. The mattress was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It needs to be changed! Definitely avoid this place, it’s far more comfortable sleeping in the car. The host was kind and courteous.

A work in progress, much to be done. We got moved to a different room after one night because ours was double booked, there was water coming through the ceiling and the bed was soaked. The people booked into our room never turned up so we moved back, the beds hadn't been changed. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows pathetically thin. All I can say is don't stay here.
