“Room and bathroom was clean, a bit small for a family room. once the sofa bed was made up we couldn’t use the chairs with coffee table. The linen and towels weren’t refreshed and just folded and put back for re-use which we didn’t like at all.
The bed was “made” but not cleaned before tidying it. Please keep an eye on both of these if you are fussed about the “hotel” experience.
Our room was not hoovered during our stay.
Paid a premium price for a 4 star local hotel, then we paid extra...
