“This beautiful, comfortable Hotel is in the heart of Saxmundham, moments from the station. The Helpful Staff, Callum, was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.”

“Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. ”

“The bungalow was easy to find, had all you needed and accommodated three couples and two under fives easily. Despite the heatwave we kept cool in the garden under the trees and made use of the hosepipe to play! But we were glad we brought our own fan ! Kitchen well equipped , but the icing on the cake would be a set of steamers and a gas not charcoal BBQ. The knives could do with a sharpen .
