Make yourself at home at 'Holliday Inn, The Pines' in Moutardier!
This 4-bedroom Nolin Lake retreat is only 1 mile from the newly renovated Moutardier Marina Nolin Lake or 15 miles from Mammoth Cave and comfortably sleeps 11.
Downstairs features the master suite, living room, kitchen, dining room, half-bath, and laundry room.
The master suite has a king bed with a large bathroom featuring a walk-in, tiled shower. The living room couch, love seat and chair all recline and are perfect to snuggle in front of the stone gas fireplace to relax after a long day on the water and is just one of many places scattered throughout the property that invite you to sit and chat with a loved one.
Now on to the perfect cook's kitchen... this kitchen has all the extras for those who love to cook and features plenty of seating! The dining table will seat 8 and the bar will seat an additional 5.
The laundry room includes a stackable washer/dryer and all bathrooms come fully stocked with toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryers and hand soap.
Upstairs you will find an additional 3 spacious bedrooms. The first has 3 twin beds and one full, perfect for the kiddos. The other 2 bedrooms each have super comfy queen beds, dressers and nice closet spaces. The bathroom is dual function with a makeup vanity that is separate from shower and sink vanity so more than one person can be getting ready at a time.
The outdoor spaces provide many gathering areas and breathtaking views. The large, covered back porch is the perfect hang out with its wood burning stone fireplace, big screen television. The gas grill and outdoor dining area are the perfect place to grill out! For fun there's a ping pong table and if that's not enough coming this spring there will be a fire pit and corn hole play area off the back porch. The front covered porch is also a great place to chill with plenty of seating.
The concrete driveway provides lots of space for parking and even room for your boat. This home was built with the whole family in mind.

This house is the nicest rental I have stayed in. Plenty of pans and utensils for cooking. Close proximity to Lake Nolin. Apple Maps provides the wrong directions when driving here so use Google Maps instead.

We booked this property 3 days before our check in date and got immediate responses from Tammy. The home is GORGEOUS. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone in to creating spaces that are family friendly, geared towards building memories and having fun. The outdoor spaces allowed the adults to sit and visit while the kids played on the green space and in the yard. We saw a family of deer every night, and we felt like we were in seclusion even though there were a couple of other houses on the street.The bedrooms were a perfect layout for our family to be together but still have our own spaces to relax, and there were games and movies and coloring supplies.We had a small issue pop up, with some pesky wasps by the deck, and when we sent Tammy a text regarding it she immediately called us, and got the exterminator out in less than 12 hours! The kindness, attentiveness, and clear commitment to providing a top level experience for the guests is unmatched. We can’t wait to book again next year!

Awesome property, very well kept. We were expecting an empty cabin but this place had lots of extras around the kitchen. The outdoor environment was 10/10. Cornhole set up was awesome.

Wonderful Kentucky home!

Our family had a wonderful time at the house by the bonfire, playing games, and making family meals. The house was close to excellent day trips like Mammoth Cave, The Lost River Cave, Kentucky Down Under and Western Kentucky University. The local food was impressive with Bluegrass BBQ at the top of the list. We can’t say enough about how great Tammy was. She made everything so easy. The cleanliness and amenities of this rental were top notch! We loved our time there and you will too.

Beautiful new Kentucky home

This was a lovely place to stay! Very comfortable with plenty of room to unwind. Our group really enjoyed the porch fireplace in the evenings and found it easy to cook in the well organized kitchen. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area!
