âMe and my wife spent three nights of our Sri Lanka honeymoon at Anasa and it was the highlight of our trip. I can very highly recommend a stay.
The chalets/rooms and the resort itself is beautiful and has great facilities and surroundings. The 10 stand-alone chalets are elegant and well-positioned for seclusion.
The food was really outstanding, best of our trip. We had a set menu for two nights, and a la carte the last night, all very good.

The hotel has been closed for renovation but has recent opened 1.5 months and I could not fault it!
The rooms are beautifully designed, lots of space, beautiful Mountain Viewâs (we had one of the sunrise view rooms but I understand they also have sunset views too) and all amenities included.
Decor around the accommodation itself are also beautiful. Very well designed...

âLa Pentera is a unique property and it is conveniently located around 30 minutes drive to the entrance of the Udawalawe National Park. Our host is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond our expectations and making sure we have the best time in the property. The evening walk around the lake area is awesome, and the hammocks, swings and mini rock climb is nice too. We had our best Sri Lankan cuisine in this resort, the chicken curry is full of flavours and spices. Definitely recommend...
