The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating.
Room 103, where we stayed for 2 nights, was quite smelly, like a sewer smell coming from the toilet. The toilet blocked 2 days in a row, and we requested to be moved on the 2nd day when the staff could not fix the problem.
Rm 101, our last night was much better.
Amenities: like hand towels were not available until you asked for it.
The cleanliness of the room and general surroundings of the resorts need to be improved.
The kitchen: staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a lot of the dishes in the meñu were not available. No fuits are available for the 3 nights we stayed, snd Lemery is a town very well known fir abundance of fruits.
It appears that the staff really required guidance and support from the owner and managers of the place.
The resort has a huge potential, however theviwner needs to provide more training, support, and overall management.
The pool was winderful!
