âWe really enjoyed our stay at the Banoge House. We were coming in late and the host, John, stayed up to greet us and show us around when we came in. He is friendly, welcoming, and cooks a delicious Irish breakfast.
We were in a room for four people, a large bed for my husband and I and two single beds for our children. It's lovely having that combination. We enjoyed the Victorian decor and the massive bath. It felt like living in a cross between a museum and a home.

âAt check in we were greeted and walked to our room. We were a little early for our reservation and we were allowed right in. Owner showed us around and was incredibly friendly. Other visitors told us some great hiking locations to check out. Continental breakfast laid out nicely. Beautiful view of Mourne Mountains. â
âWe had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome â nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once.
Itâs one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....
âWe absolutely loved our stay with Larry at Dundrum House. We enjoyed a very homey stay and wonderful conversation with Larry. Larry was also very attentive to our sons diary allergy and assist with validating which items were dairy free and which were not. We were left only wishing that we had booked more days with Larry. Without a doubt we will stay at Dundrum House on our next Ireland travels.â
âWe stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...
