“Great hotel”

“While old the place met all my needs. Maybe a rug or mat by the doors as the floors are hardwood and the snow from my shoes made water puddles but I didn’t want to use towels. The bed was good. Easy check in and out. They were nice enough to let me check-in before I had to go to a meeting (enough though I couldn’t get into my room) as I wouldn’t be getting back to the hotel until late. I appreciated the way they were running their business.”

“We stayed one night for the Kid Cudi concert. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the yummy classic hotel menu. The room was clean but dated. The TV appeared to only have cable so we could not watch youtube or any streaming services. Also, they only provide shampoo and conditioner in the shower, so bring your own body wash unless you want to use the mini soap bar that doubles as the hand soap.”

“Vi hade bokat två rum för övernattning på genomresa. Hotellet ger ett lite slitet intryck (främst mattorna). Det är mycket lyhört mellan rummen. Sängarna relativt hårda men OK. En pikant detalj var att ett av rummen som vi fick fungerande nycklar till visade sig redan vara belagt med ett par. Som tur var kom de hem samtidigt som vi gick in. Annars hade det kunnat gå rejält illa i ett land där man gärna skjuter först och frågar sedan. Det löste sig genom att vi fick ett nytt rum. Vi tyckte inte...

“My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall great. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the early check-in policy. I called a day before arriving and was told by one employee that there would be no fee for early check-in, but when I arrived, another worker charged me for it. That was disappointing because I was given different information beforehand. Aside from that misunderstanding, my stay was pleasant.”

“We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. The bathroom facilities were modern and worked as expected. Bedding was very good. Everything is new and there are some minor punch-list type items, but nothing significant. Breakfast is...

“Best part of my stay? I had a bed. Reality of my stay? TV didn’t work, exposed wires under the head board, toilet runs continuously, hand soap was a useless crumbling mess when we opened it. Truthfully I can’t say I’ve stayed in worse hotel / motel!”
