“Had an interesting stay. We were on a bit of a tight schedule and didn't get breakfast when we went down at 6:15. Asked the front desk and he wasn't sure what time it was, then said to come back in half an hour. Came back later and still no breakfast. Finally found someone who said another half hour. Another group of folks were trying to find someone to ask. Anyway we eventually left to go to McDonald's. The breakfast was finally ready around 8am when we checked out. Hot tub had low jets...

“The tv didn’t have sound, I turned it off and on trying to problem solve. I ended up walking down to ask for help where the woman said they were busy and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I walked back up to the room and tried that with no luck. Went back down told her that didn’t work and asked for help (again), she said he was busy right now and would come up later. He never came up. At least the WiFi worked. The hallway smelt like weed. Breakfast selection with tiny, no warm food...

“Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job. Once i got into the room,it reeked of cigarette smoke n there r no blankets. I went back n the front desk and again. The front desk clerk wasn't having it. “The place is broken down and unsafe: The entry to the rooms is broken so anyone can enter and my first floor window didn't securely lock and no stock so could have easily been entered. The room doors are in shambles. It was so sketchy i left before 3am in the dark and there were dudes sitting outside listening to music getting high.”

“My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was nice and quiet even with a wedding going on in the ballroom. I will say the room quality needs some addressing, we had wallpaper peeling off the wall in our bedroom of the suit and the carpet in the entryway and living room was dirty and needed vacuuming. The light for the entryway of the hotel was burned out to which they had replaced while we were at dinner which was awesome and quickly done. I think it can be an excellent hotel with some...

“Front desk was not friendly at all. Felt like we were interrupting their break.”

“The pictures didn't look like what we encountered. Door clothes hanger fell off twice. THw shower curtain rod was bent so shower curtain always slidmopen while taking a shower.”
