“We stayed here one night to visit Starved Rock State Park. The hotel is not far from the park by car. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The closest surroundings are not picturesque, but we knew that. Good value for money.”

“Was pet friendly but charged more per pet than advertised, cash only. Linens might have been clean but were so stained and dingy, it was had to tell - replace or use some bleach every so often. Continental breakfast advertised was cereal/milk, coffee, oj and one pack of blueberry muffins - do a pack and go breakfast if you don’t want to serve food. Or don’t advertise you serve a continental breakfast. ”

“One night stay for 2 adults, 4 kids with two rooms. One room had broken furniture and mold in the bathroom. The other had missing lamp shades, the texture in the bathroom was peeling away from the ceiling along with mold as well. We ended up leaving early and can’t comment on the breakfast. Strongly needs attention throughout the building. If you’re looking for a place to take a quick sleep, it’ll suffice.”

“We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!”

“No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that. ”

“When we arrived to check in the young gentleman was nice and helpful. The villa we were staying at was beautiful and very spacious. There was a couple of things I did not like though. One of the balconies was not accessible because it was broken so it was dangerous especially for our kids 1, 7 and 10yrs. Also, the shower upstairs made a horrible loud noise every time we showered. My kids were scared of that. I also have one other complaint about a lady that was in charge of giving the towels at...
