“Nice room and kitchen ”

“Overpriced for what you get. The property was in poor condition, especially for a Marriott. The food was cafeteria-quality with very limited options, the elevators frequently malfunctioned, and some front desk staff seemed undertrained. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price.”

“The staff was knowledgeable and friendly during our stay. The property was close to downtown so you can walk and enjoy the area.”

“We stayed at Aspen Suites at the beginning and end of our Alaska trip. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room as well as the in-room kitchenette. We would definitely book again if in the Anchorage area.”

“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”

“Ganska slitet hotell utan luftkonditionering på rummet. Dålig ljudisolering - kvällstrafik plus ett odefinierbart brummande på rummet upplevdes mycket störande. Receptionen ville inte kännas vid brummandet. Gångavstånd till centrum. Om man söker ett budgetalternativ för max en natt kan det fungera...om man är medveten om och kan acceptera standarden. ”

“This was an easy property to find with convenient parking. An easy drive to downtown Anchorage and restaurants nearby. Our host welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment.”

“Personalen gjorde vad de kunde föra att göra det så bra som möjligt i bemötandet. Tyvärr för stora problem med: inget varmvatten, frukost var ojämn, inget automatiskt byte av handdukar samt poolen fungerade en dag enbart. Positivt med transport till flygplats från hotellet utan kostnad.”

“Many things are not working properly like Heating & Air in the room, only air conditioner. Bathroom faucet handle came off while turning on water. The bed cover was nice but thin, when I felt cold the heat not working and no blanket available in the room.”
