âModern and clean rooms with good amenities. Unfortunately the service was a complete mess from check in/out to restaurant.
Long waiting times for any of the limited interaction with staff and a lot hustle and bustle around the rooms.

âAbsolute trip of a lifetime. Everything from the pickup from the airport to the drop off was wonderful. Staff were amazing, property was beautiful and the reserve was incredible - we saw all of the Big 5 and more in 24 hours.

âStayed here for four nights recently and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed, and we stayed at the rooms by the golf course. The room was clean, and had what we needed. It wasn't luxurious, but as a family with a small child it covered our needs. Basic things were provided, and the best part was the heated pools which we really enjoyed since my daughter only could swim there! Will go back for sure....â

âArrived on Friday afternoon and received excellent reception from the front desk.there was no toilet spray or any odour controlling mechanism in the bathroom room.left the room at 5am and came back at 12:30 pm.the room was cleaned but without towels,they were only replaced around 13:00.had an issue the aircon that sounded like a petrol fuelled generator which was attended to immediately.â
âGreat little place if you want to avoid some of the more exorbitant places in kruger. Saw the big 5 after a day and a half, plus cheetah, giraffe, hippo and plenty more. The 3 nights we stayed was plenty. â
