The location is ideal: only a three-minute walk from the pedestrian center, where you’ll find historic buildings, local shops, and excellent restaurants. The building is modern, and after a few steps, you can take the elevator or stairs to the first floor, where the apartment door opens.



The open-plan living area features a double sofa bed, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining table for four. The newly renovated bathroom has a spacious shower and a window.



The bright bedroom offers a second air conditioning unit and a small balcony, perfect for quiet breakfasts or evening drinks after a day at the beach. Every room has air conditioning and heating, making the apartment comfortable even in winter.



Parking nearby is available upon reservation for an extra fee, depending on the season.
