we are very sorry about your review because you knew already everything in advance. We inform you about the hotel policy as we received your reservation because you asked to arrive after the chek-in time, about midnight. So we call you to remind you (as it's specified on the reservation web site) that the check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. As per your agreement, you sent us your passport in order to register you before the closing time and give you the entrance code at your arrival. We even call you on the arrival day to remind you that the reception closes at 11pm. As you replied to arrive later, we told you to press the red bottom (phone call) close the main door to get in touch with our staff and you found a welcome letter (with all the details in it about room position, breakfast time, etc.) with your room key on the reception desk. Anyway we waited at the reception until 11:10pm and as you didn't arrive, we left. The night porter which answered phone calls from our other hotel said that you arrived between midnight and 1am and he gave you all the information you needed. We are always reachable by phone and we left you all our phone numbers inside the letter which contains the room key. The WI-FI password was written in front of you on the reception desk as you arrived and it works in the entire hotel. The air conditioning is controlled by guests room by room. That night the temperature was about 16 degrees, that's why we set the AC off but you could adjust it yourself with the remote control which was on your room desk. By the way, we are not a luxury hotel but a 3 stars hotel (as specified on the booking web site) , the night shift is not compulsory and we are not allowed to put coffee machine inside the rooms. We confirm that your room N° 35 on the 2nd floor has a balcony sea view but if you came at night and you could not see the panorama it's not our fault. The next morming you left the hotel without any explanations. Now we are very sorry to read your comment. We did our best to make you feel welcome, even if you came after the check-in time.
