This living area includes a TV corner with Box Orange, an indoor dining space, and a modern open kitchen with a central island.
The covered terrace is a real asset, offering an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, and a comfortable double sunbed. The 5m x 3m pool (salt treated), accompanied by an outdoor shower, is perfect for cooling off under the tropical sun. A guest WC completes the ground floor amenities.
For restful nights, two air-conditioned bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom equipped with a double sink, an Italian shower, and a WC. Upstairs, the air-conditioned master suite will captivate you with its balcony offering breathtaking sea views, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with double sink and shower.

Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Villa L'Oiseau des îles is located 30 kilometers from the airport. To get there, from the airport exit, follow signs for the south, Les Trois Ilets, le Diamant. Continue straight on for 20 kilometers, then take the DIAMANT exit. From here, continue straight on the D7 through the town of Le Diamant. At the roundabout, where you'll see the sign for Morne Blanc, take this exit in the direction of Anses d'Arlet. You'll come to the Anses d'Arlet entrance traffic circle, with a sculpture of a lambi. Continue straight ahead along the town's beach and past the magnificent Anses d'Arlet church. At the Le Littoral restaurant, turn left towards lotissement Batterie, the road is steep. Continue straight ahead until you reach the allée des Papyrus. Turn left and the villa gate will be on your left. A sign reads: Villa L'Oiseau des îles.
