The 62 m² (+ 12 m² with low ceiling) duplex flat features 4 rooms and a mezzanine. It sleeps 8 people and is located in the hamlet of La Forêt, 2 minutes from the ESF ski school and 10 minutes from the Piou Piou ski club.

The first floor has a kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room, a toilet and a bedroom with 3 windows providing plenty of natural light.
The living room has a sofa, two armchairs and a dining area. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds, a single bed and plenty of storage space.

The living room opens onto a large north-west-facing balcony with lovely views over the valley.

Upstairs, the mezzanine has a single bed, one of the bedrooms has a double bed (160cm), the other has two single beds in a loft space that is more suitable for children due to the low ceiling, and there is a shower room with WC. Duvets are provided for each bed. Storage space available.

Linen (sheets, towels and dish towels) included in the rental.
