Welcome to this cosy apartment at the foot of the slopes of Val Thorens, ideal for 4 people. Enjoy direct access to the slopes, a bathtub for relaxing after skiing, and a comfortable space with bunk bed and sofa bed. A perfect pied-à-terre for your ski holidays, between mountains and comfort.

The accommodation
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a cosy mountain atmosphere:

Located at the foot of the slopes, you can put on your skis directly from the residence.

Sheets are not provided by default. They can be added as an option with an extra charge per stay, to be requested at least 7 days before your arrival.

Traveller access
By plane
The nearest airports are:PGJyPg
Chambéry (CMB) – about 1h30 drive
Geneva (GVA) – about 2h30 drive
Lyon Saint-Exupéry (LYS) – about 2h30 drive
Private or shared shuttles connect these airports to Val Thorens (reservation recommended in advance, e.g. Altibus, Ouibus Alpes, private transfers).

By train
The nearest train station is Moûtiers-Salins-Brides-les-Bains, served directly from Paris by TGV (direct connections in high season, especially on weekends). From Moûtiers station, you then have to take a shuttle bus to Val Thorens (about 1 hour journey, mountain road).

By bus / shuttle
Regular shuttles connect Moûtiers station to Val Thorens, especially via Transavoie (to be booked online in advance, especially on Saturdays in high season). There are also direct transfers from the airports (Altibus, Val Thorens Transfert, etc.).

By car

From Paris/Lyon: A43 motorway then A430, exit Moûtiers, then D915 towards Val Thorens (mountain road, last winding section).
Chains or snow tyres are mandatory in winter at the end of the journey.
Val Thorens is a pedestrian resort: cars do not circulate in the village. You will need to park in one of the parking lots at the entrance to the resort (see details below).

By taxi
Taxis and VTCs provide connections from the train stations and airports to Val Thorens, by reservation (more expensive but convenient with luggage/ski equipment).

Parking once on site
Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort: parking in the parking lots is compulsory in winter. When you arrive, leave your luggage in front of the residence, then go to the nearest parking lot (P0, P1 or P2 to stay in the heart of the resort). Count around €20/night, with decreasing rates per week. You can book your place in advance on valthoparc, up to 7 days before your arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the basic rate: they can be added with an extra charge per stay, on request at least 7 days before arrival.

Please respect the calm of the residence, especially in the evening.

The view, sunshine and outdoor environment may vary depending on the season, weather conditions and any work in progress in the resort or residence, beyond the control of the guest.

It is possible that road works, maintenance of the resort or maintenance of the residence may take place during your stay (snow removal, maintenance of the ski lifts, etc.). These events are beyond the control of the host and cannot be refunded.

Val Thorens is the highest resort in Europe (2300m). Snow conditions, the opening of the slopes and ski lifts depend on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed by the host.

All the equipment mentioned in the ad is provided in good working order. In the event of a breakdown of equipment during the stay (household appliances, wifi, etc.), the host undertakes to act as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for the delays of intervention by external service providers (after-sales service, technicians, condominium).

An internet connection is provided for information only; the host cannot guarantee a constant speed or availability, especially in the event of a high number of visitors to the residence.

Equipment left in common areas or unlocked areas is the sole responsibility of the traveller.

Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort: barring incidents, free shuttles run every day from 8am to 8pm.

Cleaning is not included, so it will be done yourself. It can be done at a rate of 150€ with 7 days' notice.

Sheets and towels are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.
