The Villa des Rois is located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Paris and 45 minutes from Orléans.

It’s truly a villa that will steal your heart. It’s the kind of villa you’d love to live in, but with a whole host of activities curated by Homazing: a massive, secluded garden, a 5m x 12m heated pool with a lawn as lush as a golf course green, and courts for pétanque and volleyball. But also an XXL barbecue to treat the whole crew, several indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a 100 m² room to keep you dancing until the wee hours of the morning, fully equipped with a 1,000W sound system, lighting effects, a massive bar, a pool table, a foosball table, and an arcade machine.

With its 3 vacation rentals (15+15+15), the Villa des Rois can accommodate up to 45 people.

Inside Villa des Rois, get ready to live large! Imagine: 650 m² of pure pleasure spread across 3 buildings, accommodating up to 45 people (3 cottages for 15 each).

11 bedrooms (including 6 doubles for extra comfort), 7 bathrooms, 8 toilets, several living rooms and dining areas with a projector to bring your whole crew together, and a fully equipped kitchen (except for the chef… and guess who that is? 😏👨‍🍳).

Feel like a face-to-face game of poker? We’ve set up a special room so your best bluffs can bring down the pot.

And the highlight of the show? A 100 m² game room with a pool table, arcade machine, and foosball to awaken your inner gamer 🎮.

Add to that a dance floor with a bar, a 1000W sound system, lighting effects to set the dance floor ablaze, and to wind down gently: a cozy corner with sofas.

In short, the Villa des Rois is more than just a place to stay… it’s an XXL playground where relaxation and partying go hand in hand.

🚘 Getting to the villa: don’t worry, Waze has got you covered!

The Villa des Rois is located in the town of Les Bordes, south of Paris, just a few minutes from the A77, which connects directly to the A6. This puts you 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Paris, 1 hour from Orléans, and 2 hours from Tours.

The nearest train station is a 20-minute drive from the villa.

Although the villa is secluded (no neighbors within 500 meters), you’ll have access to all amenities within a 10-minute drive: a supermarket with curbside pickup, a bakery, a restaurant, a bar and tobacco shop…

You won’t face any surprises: at Homazing, rates are all-inclusive and completely transparent:

You’ll have access to all activities and amenities: with us, there are no extra charges for water or electricity!

You can calculate your rate directly on our website by entering your desired check-in and check-out dates, as well as the number of guests attending your event, in the calendar below.

Check-in starts at 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on weekdays, and by 6:00 PM on Sundays and holidays.

If you leave later, Isabelle, our housekeeper, might ask you to lend a hand… 😅

🎶 Noise levels at our Homazing properties

The nearest neighbors are 500 meters away, and the Villa des Rois was specifically designed for festive events. We do everything we can to design and equip our villas to ensure an unforgettable and hassle-free stay.

You can enjoy the outdoor area, the pool, and the pétanque court… but sound systems are prohibited there. You can, of course, dance inside the house with the windows closed.
