This chalet is part of a group of 61 homes called "Village Nordique." It is located about 500 meters south of the center of La Féclaz resort and 300 meters from the nearest alpine and cross-country ski slopes.



The detached chalet sits on a plot of about 500 m² in a quiet area, with a south-facing terrace and windows. With 75 m² of living space over 2 levels, it accommodates up to 6 guests.



The chalet includes:

On the ground floor:

- an entryway for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.);

- a living room with TV and a sofa bed;

- a kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker;

- a bathroom and a WC;

- a bedroom with a double bed.



Upstairs:

- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;

- an alcove with a single bed.



Bed linen and towels are not included; they are available to rent for an extra fee after booking.



The property is rented furnished with kitchenware, dishes, glassware, blankets, and pillows for 6 people.



During summer, guests have access to the shared outdoor pool of the Village Nordique. The pool is fenced, heated, and closed outside opening hours to prevent access by young children, in compliance with regulations. The pool depth ranges from 1 to 2.5 meters; it is not supervised, so children must be supervised by their parents.
