This 60m² apartment for 8 people, located on the 2nd floor without a lift, comprises:

- Living room with a double sofa bed (1x2 people) and a television

- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (1x2 people)

- Bedroom 2: 2x2 bunk beds (2x1 person)

- Bathroom with shower and WC + 1 separate WC

- West-facing balcony

- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows.

- Ski locker, washing machine

- Parking / covered garage for 1 car

- The accommodation has collective heating, in operation only during the winter period, generally from November to April



The residence "La Résidence" is located approximately 600m from the Ski Club, close to the ski slopes, ski rental shops and approximately 300 metres from all amenities.



The sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are additional charges:

- Sheets kit: €16 / bed

- Towels kit: €12 / person

- End-of-stay cleaning: €105

- Pets: €9 per animal, per night



A security deposit of €800 is required upon arrival.
