New penthouse apartment in a chalet residence of just 6 apartments just a 5 minute walk from the village. Fully equipped open kitchen and state-of-the-art finishes and fittings add a touch of luxury to every space.

For wine lovers, a carefully appointed wine fridge is equipped with wines from the owners of its vineyards, adding an extra dimension to your living experience.

You will also enjoy absolute comfort thanks to the closed garage located in the basement of the residence, as well as an outdoor parking space. The ski locker with boot dryer allows you to start each day on the slopes with your equipment always ready. There is an elevator that works directly from the garage or from the outdoor parking lot.

To facilitate your journey to the slopes or the village, a free shuttle stop is located at the foot of the residence, providing quick and easy access to all local attractions. Or less than a 10-minute walk from the Chavannes ski lifts or the Mont Cheri ski lifts.

For muscle recovery after your day on the slopes, we have a private outdoor jacuzzi for 4 to 5 people, offering splendid views of the village and the mountains.
