Denna lägenhet i bergen ligger tio minuters promenad från Tour du Mont Blanc och Bellevues linbana. Les Houches skidort och Prarions linbana ligger också 2 km härifrån. Les Houches station ligger på 9 minuters gångavstånd och till Viaduc-Sainte-Marie station promenerar du på 29 minuter.

Rendu plus propre qu’à l’arrivée. Pas suffisamment d’entretien clic clac ouvert et refermé poussière toile d´araignée l’un de nous à coucher parterre sur matelas! Dommage pour un cadre idyllique

Appartement spacieux, fort bien équipé, à 1 minute de la navette pour les remontées mécaniques des Houches ou vers Chamonix, proche commerces, patinoire, etc. Très bien chauffé, calme, et magnifique vue sur l'aiguille du midi, que demander de plus?

Très bel appartement

Vue magnifique. Appartement confortable avec place de parking. Très bien situé à côté des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et cherchent à ce que tout se passe bien.

Un coquet appartement de montagne

Appartement très agréable , propre et confortable situé au centre du village . Sur le balcon on a pourtant l'impression d'être seul face à la montagne. Le propriétaire italien très avenant est attentif à nos moindres demandes. Nous reviendrons . Michel et Ellen Gerard Deprez

The best time

Lovely,well equipped, comfortable apartment with amazing views. 15 mins from chamonix but much more peaceful. Enjoyed waking up at 8am to the sound of the church bells, quick 2 min walk down to the boulangerie to get breakfast and then back again. Carrefour a similar distance but the super_u 5 mins drive down the road is cheaper with more choice. Eat the ribs at the Kitsch inn. Carlo was a wonderful host and was there to meet us as we arrived. Worth dropping him a message a week before to confirm a time to meet as the 4pm arrival on ' home and away' is probably a bit misleading. Sitting on my sofa at home now instead of sitting on the balcony contemplating the clouds on the mountains as the sun goes down. Bellisimo.

Séjour à 5 aux sports d'hiver aux Houches février 2019

Appartement spacieux pour 5 avec ses deux chambres et très calme. La vue sur l'Aiguille du Midi est magnifique. Situé en plein cœur du village des Houches, il est proche des commerces : pharmacie, carrefour market, boulangerie, office de tourisme, etc. La navette en face de la mairie permet de rejoindre très facilement Bellevue et le Prarion. Petit point négatif, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, ni d'appareil à raclette. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Séjour sympathique aux Houches

Propriétaire arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée et réactif malgré la distance. Le logement est très bien situé, à 3 minutes d'un supermarché, de l'office de tourisme et des bus pour aller au Prarion en 5 minutes. Il est également pratique et fonctionnel même à 5 personnes, manque quelques ustensiles pour le confort (une bouilloire, un appareil à fondue ou raclette...) mais rien d'essentiel. Un garage et un local pour les skis sont appréciés. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble.

Great apartment in great location

Spent a great week in the apartment during the UTMB race. Les Houches and the surrounding area much more peaceful than downtown Chamonix but with everything you need on your doorstep, supermarket, boulangerie, couple of bars and restaurants and a pizza takeaway none of which are any further than a 2 minute walk. The views of Aguille du Midi from the balcony are superb and best enjoyed with a glass or two. Apartment itself was well equipped, clean and quiet and far enough away from the main road. Transport into Chamonix is free and very regular on the bus so once there no real requirement to drive unless you choose to do so. Highly recommend staying here.

Just on the edge of the crowd - a very good thing if you want some peace in/near Chamonix

This apartment was perfect for our purpose, and could have easily accommodated two more adults or children (we were a couple on a work-cation). The apartment is well situated within easy walking distance of a weekly market in summer, grocery store year round, and several nice restaurants and bars. The tourism office in town offers next to nothing in services - just a map of trails local to Les Houches, or some souvenirs to buy (still worth dropping in for local event info). A bus station is equally as close, and for summer hiking you are about 15-20 minutes from the closest lift (Bellevue), and 30 from Prarion (MTB/VTT). The drive to Chamonix is simple, and should take you less than 10 minutes on average. The apartment itself offers views from the master bedroom, spare room and kitchen that all grant uninterrupted views of the mountains. The apartment is easy to air our and get a cross breeze going on warm days. The kitchen is adequate for most cooking you would plan to do on a vacation. There is no tea kettle that we saw, so we used the coffee pot to heat up water. There is a stove, microwave, oven, medium-small refrigerator, and a small freezer. The bathroom has a small shower, but plenty of space for two people to get around each other. The washing machine is located in the bathroom, and is adequate for one load a day due to the slow speed of eco-machines. Clothes need to be hung dried, and a wrack is provided for that too. If you rent through VRBO, some of the information from Carlo's other personal page doesn't transfer. He doesn't provide towels (we weren't aware of this), and he needs you to inform him if you need sheets for the beds (very European to expect people to travel with sheets and towels). A side note, he doesn't speak French (Italian or enough English to convey what needs to be conveyed). A parking space is provided for one vehicle in front of the apartment. You have to climb two sets of stared (one to the ground level from the parking area, and one to the second floor [first floor if your a European]). Last points: We did not have contact with Carlo prior to arrival, and thus followed the instructions from VRBO - to meet the owner at 1600. We arrived promptly at 1600 to find that he was packing out to leave as he had been messaging us all day. I suggest you contact him immediately to arrange the rendez-vous. We nearly missed him.

Great apartment in the heart of Les Houches

Our family enjoyed a very nice mid February week. The apartment is well located only steps away from the tourist office and the grocery store and only a short drive to the main ski lifts. Bus stop for the free shuttle is also close by. The unit is very clean and well stocked with everything a family needs for a week away. Very quiet and cozy with lovely mountain views both front and back. We can't wait to return.

Appartement très bien situé à côté de toute commodité , vue superbe sur l'aiguille du mont blanc . Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathique toujours prêt à rendre service . L'appartement est bien équipe ,propre ,très fonctionnel . La benne qui monte au Bellevue pour de nombreuses promenades se trouve à côté de l'appartement .nous avons passé une très bonne semaine je recommande cet appartement .
