🏠 Chalet Taconnaz
The chalet measures approximately 115 m² with plenty of space, making it ideal for families. It can accommodate 6 people, with the option of adding two more beds on the mezzanine if needed.

Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

🌳 OUTDOOR SPACE
The chalet features a large garden, a terrace, and a large table, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and panoramic mountain views.

🛋️ LIVING SPACE
The living room is located on the ground floor. Warmly decorated, it includes a relaxation area, a fireplace, a television, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area, with stunning mountain views.
The dining table seats 8 people.

🧑🏽‍🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking: hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.

☕️ COFFEE
The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided upon your arrival.

🛏️ BEDROOMS
All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor. It has a large double bed with an en-suite bathroom, storage space, and a TV.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. It has a large double bed and storage space.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs. It has a large double bed and storage space.

The two upstairs bedrooms share the second bathroom.

🛁 BATHROOM
The accommodation has two bathrooms. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).

Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, bathtub, and sink

🎿 SKI/STORAGE AREA
A garage is located in front of the property, where you can store your bulky items such as skis or bikes.

🚘 PARKING
You can comfortably park up to three vehicles in front of the property.

🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM
On the ground floor, in the toilet, you will find a washing machine and dryer. It also includes a clothes horse and ironing equipment.

This is an independant chalet, you will have access to the entire place. With its unique disposition at the end of a small neighbourhood.

You can access the chalet on your own. But we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.

In between Les Houches and Chamonix. Just a few minutes drive from the Chamonix center and a few minutes drive from the Les Houches center. All accessible by car or by bus. Same for the ski pists.

You will have to climb stairs in the property.
