Discover this charming 2-room apartment, ideally located between the port and the beach. Nestled a few steps from the pedestrian streets, you can stroll through the picturesque district of Île Penotte.

Located on the first floor of a residence with elevator, this apartment offers you all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. The kitchenette open to the living room is equipped so that you can prepare your meals with ease. The living room, bright and welcoming, includes a 130 cm sofa bed and opens onto a balcony where you can relax. The bedroom has a 140 double bed, ideal for restful nights. The bathroom and separate WC complete this space.

The equipment at your disposal includes 2 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave and a TV for your moments of relaxation.

Animals are not allowed in this rental. To make your stay even more pleasant, optional services are offered, such as cleaning at the end of your stay (€50 + €1 per mÂČ), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towel €10/pers) and rental of a WiFi box (€39/week).
