ROSE Holidays offers you this superb fully renovated cottage, providing a modern and refined setting, located near the channel. Ideal for a comfortable and pleasant stay, this house can accommodate up to 4 people.

Perfect for discovering the charm of the Chaume district, it is located just steps away from the quays, the Olona marina, and numerous local businesses such as bakeries, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and other amenities.

You can also easily access the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to the "ferry", which crosses the channel in just a few minutes.

The interior of the house has been entirely renovated and decorated with care, offering a warm and contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful double bedroom with a bathroom, an ideal space to rest in complete tranquillity.

Upstairs, the living area is a true space for conviviality, including a small comfortable lounge and a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee maker...). You will appreciate the refined style and brightness of this open space, which invites you to relax. The second double bed is located in the mezzanine, offering a cosy corner with a view over the rest of the living area.

The small balcony, accessible from the living area, will allow you to enjoy a pleasant view of the Channel, perfect for a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation at the end of the day.

At only 2 minutes walking from the Chaume quay and its shops (bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurants...), and 6 minutes by car from the train station and city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, this house benefits from an ideal location. Moreover, you are 7 minutes by bicycle from the Paracou beach.

LATE ARRIVAL:

For all arrivals after 8 pm, we offer the "late arrival" package, with a supplement, to be arranged with your concierge before your arrival.

NOT INCLUDED:

End of stay cleaning - service offered by the concierge, to be booked upon arrival (additional charge to be paid).
