ROSE Holidays offers this tastefully renovated apartment, two minutes from Tanchet beach, in the wooded Pironnière neighbourhood.

Located in a quiet holiday residence (without a lift), at the crossroads of cycle paths and close to the wild coast between ocean, surf spots and beaches.



Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher), open to a bright living-dining room with TV, sofa, table and chairs, overlooking a balcony equipped with a plancha and garden furniture.



Night side:



1 bedroom "master suite" with double bed (140), TV, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, storage and washing machine.



1 children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90) and a wardrobe.



Peaceful residence, ideal for relaxing holidays just a stone's throw from the ocean.

Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. It is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In case of non-compliance or if a deep cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or guarantee deposit).
