Treat yourself to an exceptional break in this elegant, fully renovated three-room apartment, which offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne. Spacious and perfectly equipped, it is ideally located in a quiet residence, close to the shops of the Presidents' district. Just 200 meters from the beach and Lake Tanchet, this privileged location allows you to do everything on foot and fully enjoy your stay by the sea.

Located on the fourth floor with elevator, this apartment welcomes you in a large entrance with cupboards, offering practical storage space. The bright living room opens onto a balcony facing the ocean, equipped with an awning, where you can enjoy your breakfasts facing the waves or admire the sunsets over the sea. The separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease.

The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms. The first has a 160 cm bed and the second has two 90 cm beds, perfect for accommodating family or friends. An elegant bathroom and separate toilet complete this rental designed for a comfortable stay.

In terms of equipment, the apartment is equipped with three induction hobs, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. A WiFi connection and a television are also available. A private garage is included.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you have the option of subscribing to additional services, such as end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (€18 per pair of sheets and €10 per person for towels) and WiFi box rental (€39 per week). Très bel appartement, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Deux chambres agréables. Séjour spacieux. Cependant, à notre arrivée, l’appartement n’était pas propre. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de l’agence gestionnaire qui a vite réagit en nous proposant de faire passer une femme de ménage. Nous avons apprécié !
