ROSE Holidays offers this characterful stone house, located in the Arago district, close to all amenities and not far from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Located in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally situated. Everything will be accessible on foot: city centre, market, local shops and beach.



You will enjoy a beautiful open kitchen-living room-lounge area overlooking the terrace and garden.

The living room includes two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and WiFi.

The dining room is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen, open and functional, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, microwave, coffee makers (Nespresso filter), toaster, washing machine.



Night side:

A first bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

A second bedroom with a 140 bed, a trundle bed (2x90) and a wardrobe.



Bathroom:

Bathtub, vanity unit, towel rail and hairdryer.

Separate toilet.



Exterior:

Shaded terrace and tree-lined garden, south-facing and fully enclosed, perfect for enjoying peace and quiet.

Equipment: garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, outdoor shower (beach return), charcoal and electric barbecues.

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish

Gather used laundry in the entrance
