House that can accommodate up to 8 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Bright living room with relaxation area, open to the outside and garden.

Modern open kitchen fully equipped: oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher…

Library corner with sofa bed, ideal as a reading space or additional sleeping area.

Separate WC.

Bathroom with bathtub.



Night side:

A master suite with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom (shower and sink).

A bedroom with a trundle bed (2 beds).

A bedroom with two single beds.

The villa benefits from an ideal location near the Sablaise peripheral ring:

7 minutes by car from Sables d'Olonne train station

10 minutes by car from the main beach, the Halles market and the town centre

11 minutes by bike from the restaurants at Sables d'Olonne fishing port



Practical Information



Stay times

Arrival: from 4pm

Departure: by 10am at the latest



Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



Checkout Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins

Gather used laundry in the entrance

Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee machine type, parking advice bin information
