ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely recent holiday home, in the Girvière district, 1.5 kilometres from the marshes, the forest and the wild coast of Olonne Sur Mer.



Two-storey house, capable of accommodating up to 7 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.



With its quiet, sunny and fenced garden, this house is the perfect place to get together with family or friends!



This property offers comfortable living spaces, large openings let in natural light, providing a warm atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a living room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, WiFi and a dining room with its table and chairs to gather around a good meal.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace and garden.

A bright and functional kitchen, equipped with all essential appliances: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker (Krups)... and offers numerous storage spaces. You can cook while staying connected with your loved ones thanks to the open layout that facilitates circulation.

A fully equipped bathroom: bathtub, towel dryer, a hairdryer and two washbasins with storage furniture. Separate toilet.



On the night side, you will find on the ground floor a room with a 140 cm bed including two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a TV. Upstairs, you will have three rooms, two with a 140 cm bed, a desk and a cupboard, and another room with a 120 cm bed, desk and cupboard.

With an equipped bathroom, an Italian shower, a towel dryer, a hairdryer, two washbasins with storage furniture. Separate toilets.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy a garden, ideally located at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed, with a heated swimming pool with its sunbeds for lounging in the sun, a pergola and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or spending beautiful summer evenings around a barbecue!
