This single-story house offers all the comfort needed for an enjoyable stay. The first bedroom features a double bed, ideal for restful nights. The second bedroom is flexible, with a trundle bed and a mezzanine single bed, perfect for children or friends.



The modern and practical bathroom includes a sink and a toilet.



The bright and welcoming living area consists of a comfortable lounge open to a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook: a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The living space opens directly onto the patio, ensuring smooth access to the outdoors.

The garden is a real highlight of this house. A large table allows you to enjoy meals outdoors under the Vendée sun. For relaxation, sun loungers are available. And for delicious evenings with loved ones, a plancha grill is also provided.
