Nestled in a secure residence with lift, this walk-through flat offers uninterrupted views of the sea and the Bay of Les Sables. Just 50 metres from the main beach, this spacious flat is the perfect place for a relaxing stay to the rhythm of the tides. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is made up as follows
- A comfortable, light-filled living room with a panoramic view of the ocean, equipped with a television and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals (hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, etc.)
- A spacious first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and storage space
- A second comfortable bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage units
- Separate WC
Access is by lift to the half landing, followed by a few steps to reach the flat.
Outside:
- A sea-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to watch the sunset.
- Free public parking available at the foot of the residence
For even greater convenience, the flat is strategically located so you can do everything on foot or by bike. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.
