Welcome to Thalassa II, a bright and well-maintained apartment, with a modern and refined decor, ideal for sharing beautiful moments in Les Sables d'Olonne.



Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in a pleasant 4★ residence, this cocoon invites relaxation. From the South Southwest-facing balcony, enjoy a soothing view of the pine forest and the swimming pool, perfect for savoring sunny late afternoons.



An ideal location to do everything on foot



Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, you can easily reach shops, restaurants, casino, zoo, thalassotherapy spa, tennis courts, forests, or even Lake Tanchet. A stay that is both relaxing and active!



Heated pool secure residence



At the residence, a heated common pool is accessible from mid-May to late September, a real plus for young and old.



A private parking space in the basement (level -1) completes the comfort of the stay.



The apartment



The apartment consists of:

•A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and storage

•A bedroom with two single beds (90x200), which can be brought closer together

•A friendly living room with sofa, television, dining area and open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plates, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)

•A bathroom with washing machine

•Separate toilet



Note: The beds are equipped with blankets (not comforters). Additional blankets are also available.



The entire accommodation is at your disposal for a stay in complete freedom, between ocean, nature, and sweetness of life.

Practical Information



Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
