The "Villa Bastion" is a 3-star classified house, fully renovated, in the heart of the Arago district. Ideally located just steps away from the main beach, the market, and shops, it can accommodate up to 10 people.

Ground floor: large living area with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeping spaces in 90), TV, shower room, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Garage for bicycles and beach equipment.



First floor: 2 double bedrooms with dressing room and high-end bedding, spacious bathroom with bath, towel rail, separate WC.



Living room: comfortable 160 sofa bed.



2nd floor: living room space open to terrace with garden furniture, deck chair, electric barbecue/plancha. Open equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave, coffee maker.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
