From the master bedroom and the garden, you can enjoy a breathtaking natural spectacle each morning: the first rays of sunlight caressing the Pyrenean peaks with the Pic du Sacon in the background. The large covered terrace, with its exposed Garonne river pebbles, is perfect for al fresco dining or balmy summer evenings. It features a fully equipped summer kitchen, ideal for relaxed and convivial gatherings. Things to see and do: Lake Montréjeau (a Blue Flag lake), just 3 km away, is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or picnicking by the water. The town also boasts a golf course, all necessary amenities, a remarkable market, a train station (for Luchon, thermal baths and skiing, 44km away) or Toulouse (110km away), and is a stop on the ViaGarona (Way of St. James). The cottage is arranged as a duplex and comprises a welcoming living area on the ground floor, with a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. The mezzanine bedroom (accessed via a very steep staircase) has a double bed (160*200cm) and offers the famous view of the mountain peaks. The shower room/WC is on the same level as the bedroom (no door between the bedroom and the shower room). Electric heating. No freezer, washing machine, or baby equipment.
