“The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...

“I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. But there is a big difference between eco friendly and good maintenance. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the water turned off and I couldn’t flush the toilet. Disgusting. In the morning when the water came back on and it still wouldn’t flush I opened the tank and there were two disgusting bottles of...

“The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! ”

“Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.”
